Terms and Conditions of Sale
These terms and conditions of sale (hereinafter referred to as "T&Cs") govern the sale of dance, surfing, and yoga classes (hereinafter referred to collectively as "the Classes") offered on the website SURFNDANCE.COM (hereinafter referred to as "the Site") as part of the "Surf N Dance" festival by SKORPEIDON (hereinafter referred to as "the Seller").
The T&Cs apply to all commercial transactions concluded on the Site between the Seller and users (hereinafter referred to as "the Clients" or "the User").

Acceptance of the T&Cs
The User acknowledges having read these T&Cs and accepts them without reservation when placing an order on the Site. The T&Cs take precedence over any other document issued by the User, including their own terms and conditions of purchase. The Seller reserves the right to modify the T&Cs at any time. The applicable T&Cs are those in effect at the time of the order.

Description of the Classes
The Site offers dance, surfing, and yoga classes as part of the "Surf N Dance" festival. The characteristics of the Classes are described on the Site, including their content, duration, location, and price. Photographs, illustrations, and videos presented on the Site are non-contractual.

Orders
The User can place an order for the Classes on the Site by following the provided instructions. The order is considered firm and final once payment is accepted by the Seller. The Seller reserves the right to refuse an order for legitimate reasons, including in the event of unavailability of the Classes or non-compliance with the T&Cs by the User.

Prices and Payment
The prices of the Classes are indicated in euros, including all taxes. Payment is made online at the time of the order using the payment methods available on the Site. The Seller reserves the right to modify the prices at any time, but the Classes will be billed at the rate in effect at the time of the order.

Cancellation and Refund
No refunds will be made except in the case of a cancellation due to force majeure (death and/or illness with a certificate).

Liability
The Seller will take all necessary measures to ensure the safety and quality of the Classes offered. However, the Seller cannot be held responsible for accidents, injuries, or damages suffered by the User during the Classes. The User is responsible for their own safety and must comply with the instructions given by the instructors.

Intellectual Property
All content, such as videos, photographs, and educational documents provided as part of the Classes, is protected by copyright and remains the intellectual property of the Seller. They are strictly reserved for the personal use of the User and cannot be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without the prior written permission of the Seller.

Protection of Personal Data
The Seller is committed to protecting the privacy of the User and processing personal data in accordance with its privacy policy, available on the Site.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These T&Cs are governed by the law of [applicable law]. Any dispute regarding their interpretation, validity, execution, or termination will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts.
